HI! I’m Neha. Seven years ago, I set out on a mission to create something that could positively impact the world. With this goal in mind, I began collaborating with a Fair Trade cooperative of female artisans lovingly known as Didis, from Rishikesh, an Indian city that holds a special place in my heart. My goal was to offer these women skills, mentorship, and training opportunities so that they could craft beautiful mala designs, while also gaining access to fair wages and safe working conditions.
